Book Your Lodging Here

For SV26, the Sun Valley Resort Will Serve as our Summit Base Camp.

The iconic Sun Valley Resort is generously opening their world-class property to the MT2030 community and extending deeply discounted lodging rates across a variety of room types exclusively for Summit attendees.

We strongly encourage participants to stay on-site. When we’re all in one place – sharing meals, conversations, and time between sessions – the Summit experience deepens. The relationships built outside the meeting room are often the ones that move this work forward.

Timing

Most attendees will plan to arrive on Monday evening, October 12th and depart on Thursday morning, October 15th. We recommend booking early to secure discounted lodging within the Summit room block.

To explore room options and reserve your lodging, click the link above. You’ll be directed to a dedicated reservation page for Summit attendees.

Getting around Sun Valley and Ketchum

When you visit Sun Valley, getting around the area is easy — there’s no need to rent a car. The free Mountain Rides bus system provides convenient transportation throughout Ketchum and the Sun Valley Resort area. With four “Around Town” routes in the summer and six in the winter, buses make it easy to reach destinations including Dollar Mountain, Bald Mountain, Ketchum Town Square, Sun Valley Resort, and dozens of other stops. Depending on the route, buses arrive as frequently as every 15 minutes. All buses are equipped with ski, snowboard, and bike racks, making it easy to travel with recreational gear. More information is available here.

The Sun Valley Resort is located just over one mile from downtown Ketchum. A well-maintained bike and pedestrian path connects the resort directly to town and is accessible year-round. Because the area is part of a Dark Sky Reserve designed to minimize light pollution, it is strongly recommended to carry a flashlight or headlamp if walking at night.

Uber and Lyft do operate in the valley, but availability can be limited and service is generally not considered reliable.
